We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Wrong size, not the right colour or the item arrived defective, please contact us and we’ll make things right.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return or exchange within 14 business days of purchase. In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CUSTOMER NOTE ON SOFT SOLES

Our Soft Soles are intended for indoor use by babies. Where they are made of leather, like other similar materials, they aren't intended for use on hard surfaces.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

All items must be in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags (if any) still attached. 

Item(s) must be returned in one package

Where possible, return / exchange shipments must be made using the same supplier and service as for the original delivery (i.e. Royal mail)

RETURN STEPS FOR CUSTOMER

To return or exchange an item within the 14 business days of purchase, please follow steps below.

  • Include a copy of the packing slip and/or confirmation email from your order with the return packaging. 
  • Let us know the correct size and/or colour, if different from the original order along with details of the defect (if any). 

(We cannot guarantee all sizes and colours will be in stock for exchanges.)

RETURN REFUND / EXCHANGE

Once your return / exchange has been processed by our team, your will receive an email communication. 

Please note:

  • In case of an exchange, your new item(s) will be shipped to you, with no additional cost. We may have to issue you a refund, if we do not have in stock. 
  • The refund is always credited to the original payment method.
  • The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase.
  • The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account.
  • The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider. Normally, refunds are processed within 5 business days from confirmation.  

ALTERNATE & SALE PRODUCTS

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately. Example: a different design. If you wish to exchange to a different size and/or colour of the same design, then this does not define as an alternate product.

Sale items can only be exchanged for another sale item. Refunds cannot be issued for sale items.
