We are working hard to process your orders as soon as possible. However, if there are delays, we will keep you updated. 

Similarly, the customer deliveries may be affected depending on our service provider Royal Mail's limited operational hours and their own operational delays due to COVID-19.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage our customers to minimise returns and take extra care when handling the item of return. We are happy to assist you, if you wish to clarify any questions you may have, prior to placing the order, if it will minimise potential returns.
