A: We presently deliver to the UK only. We are expecting to expand our list of delivery locations in 2022.

A: Absolutely! We understand how important it is that every item you purchase for your baby is safe. The total satisfaction of you and your child is the only minimum standard we could ever accept.
This is why we've designed all of our products in line with guidance from the UK National Podiatrists using the highest quality, safety conscious materials. Your baby will always be safe in our shoes provided you use them as intended.

It’s worth mentioning that there’s no “one size fits all” solution when it comes to finding the right shoe size for your baby. As such, all sizes are only guidelines, but typically speaking your shoes will match your babies’ feet accurately provided you follow the information provided in the chart.
Q 4: Are my personal details going to be safe when I use your website?

A: Our finely selected limited range of baby shoes are all handmade by highly experienced shoemakers, using premium grade materials in one of the most highly regarded textile manufacturing regions of China. Our partner factories currently produce and supply all across Europe, North America and Oceania.
As part of our future plans, post covid-19 disruption, we are also aiming to establish production partnerships locally in the UK. However, since we started our business plans during the pandemic period, finding local partners has proved challenging.
Q 6: I'm worried about making an order due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Can you guarantee that your manufacturing and shipping practices are safe?
A: This is an area of our business that we take very seriously. The strictest hygiene standards are adhered to when manufacturing your shoes, packaging them up and delivering them out to you. Q 7: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A: Depending on the delivery method you choose, it'll take a maximum of 3 days and a minimum of 1 day for your order to arrive once it has been dispatched.
Due to the constraints placed on all businesses as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, please note that it may take 24-48 hours longer to package and deliver your order based on the present opening hours of our nearest delivery office.

Q 8: How do I make an order?
A: To order from us, simply place your preferred shoes (or several shoe options) into your digital shopping basket by clicking the add to cart button. Once you have done this, simply click the checkout button and proceed to fill in all of the requested information.
After you have done this and made your payment, your tiny toes shoes will be swiftly shipped out to you.

A: We only use the finest microfiber leather, velvet, cotton fabric and elastic alongside hard wearing and easy to use soft rubber zips. We make the process of wearing a first pair of shoes easy and comfortable for your baby.
